got good microscope now.. not opened box yet. and box of new slides. Still havent bought the Fecasol or those tester cups...
Got the "Chicken Health handbook", too
.too bad its not next to the cute display of chicks....
SALES would go way down......
those that test their own samples how do you do so when its cold outside and poo is frozen?
can yall tell by picture? Its Baby Girl again Im concerned about... shes got a broken nail too. Poor thing has had so much going on in her almost 2 short years....
I just wish there was say a "litmus Paper" or such to tell us..
I wish some of yall experienced . chickneers would do a video.
Like I mentioned over and over ...vets here I dont trust and they dont wanna mess with a chicken. They act like its beneath them...and I am not driving any distance...
thanks all

I'm not completely sure but I'll be watching this thread. This could be something I would wanna know. There should be an avian vet somewhere near you. Look them up.

NO its not... and I am not traveling a 100 miles...... or more...Im done traveling even 40 miles cause they vets around here only want to do cat, dog, cow etc... They wont even test for bacteria..... and they would have to send it to state lab. State lab wont let you bring in a sample. You must here in KY go thru a VET>>>>>>>>
The one vet said a PDR or whatever cost well over $100......told me over the phone....
I bought a nice microscope but havent even opened box yet. I have new box of slides too. but no FECASOL solution......or those special cups. the CHIcken Health Handbook said you could do a fecal with epsom salt or sugar etc... One person said too to us those tall liquor glasses if you dont have test tubes....
any one such?
