How Can people be so Rude?!! Assimilation? Oh My!

I am quoting this because as a school teacher I find this post highly offensive. How is it our school systems fault this person is a closed minded bigot? I dont believe I have ever seen any class or curriculum on teaching racism in our school system........sorry, had to rant.

As for the original post that person made, it sounds more like it has to do with racist feelings towards Hispanics than it having anything to do with chickens. Chickens are just the avenue for that person to spit out their vitriol about another race or persons that arent just like them....

I happen to agree that this type of opinion did NOT come from a schoolteacher, but a parent.

Failed school system? Bigotry is more often taught at home. Why must everything be the fault of schools? How about some personal and family responsibilities?

The deeper issue is the obvious racism and bigotry displayed. He's just using the chickens as an outlet. He wouldn't be saying the same thing about a white person keeping chickens. He's referring to the chickens as just another aspect of the Mexicans in America not assimilating into what he perceives as American culture. I'm sure he talks much more about the language than anything else. The chickens are just being used to show that they are filthy (In his bigoted opinion) as well as speaking a different language and looking different.

If he wants to use chickens he should be using them as something that we have in common with Mexicans.

Dear Bright White Hope,

Mexico is not the third world. It is no longer called the third world. Mexico is a developing nation. That would be second, not third world. The correct term you are searching for is integrate. That is non-trekian political terminology. Todays modern political science has not yet approved the lingo of the final frontier to be used in context of the US migration studies.

(I know doofus isn't here reading this.)

Last night on the news they said: Mexico is starting fires along the border so that the guard is too concerned on the fire the Mexicans are just getting by quicker. I dont know if this is true of not?
