How can you tell if you have a gander?

I just got three baby African geese, but would like to know how and when can you tell if you have a gander? What if you have two ganders? Will they fight?
 
Only reliable way is to vent sex them. Metzer's website has a pretty good video on it.

If you have 2 males they will more than likely compete for your female's attention next breeding season. I wouldn't keep 2 males with one female. That poor goose would be thoroughly taken advantage of

Thanks for the link. I watched the video then tried with my geese, but I don't think I did it right. I didn't want to press the vent folds on the side too hard, and it seemed like they were set on hiding their netherparts. Also, the video said it works best with day-olds, but mine are about a week old now. I don't know if it's too late now and if I'll just have to wait until they're grown.
