Oh, it's contagious. My husband has gone from opposing the growth of the flock (we actually fought about it a few times) to naming chicks and, like I said, changing his ring tone to chicken noises, lol!! Even my mother-in-law has slowly jumped on board. Chickens are just so lovable!!!!
 
I tell myself everyday "I don't have a chicken obsession I don't have a chicken obsession" ......

My Wife was completely opposed to it as well.
She actually doesn't like birds at all, well in the house.
So I got chickens LOL!
She freaked, Now 5 months later she loves em!
She loves the eggs too!
My sister freaks when I walk towards her with a chicken.
My Wife freaked when I let BIG MAMA, my Black Sex Link into the house! It was awesome!
NONE of the cats or dogs or other chickens mess with BIG MAMA!
