A lady down the road gave me some grey dewlap Toulouse eggs earlier this year, so I gave them to a friend to hatch out for me, a couple days ago she emailed me and said that two hatched out and one is the normal gray color and the other came out white. The lady that gave me the eggs only has 3 GREY dewlap Toulouse geese and they where not with any other geese, so we are now trying to figure out what happen. Could it be a color mutation? or what elce could it be? please give me any input/advice possible. I will try to get pictures very soon.

I'm reading Holderread's 1993 revised edition book on geese. He mentions a Buff standard Dewlap Toulouse that was being developed by Paul Lofland in Central Point, Oregon. Since you are from Oregon, perhaps there is a link there.
