How did you come up with your screen name?

I live in North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I guess I qualify as a Carolina Chick.

Well, after moving to country in Montana from Colo., my last name is Trout and I picked up this new hobby of raising chickens... I had this strange vision of a Rainbow with chickenwings! (our friends in the big city of Denver think we've bought the "Funny Farm")

I can still hear them, "Your moving where?" and then, Your raising what??!!"

Wish I knew how to create an avatar to match the name!

I'm a kid (human, not goat) mama, a dog mama, a gerbil mama & was (until very recently) a fish mama. So when I got my chicks I became a 'hen mama too' -- even though now I'm a roo mama as well, but I'm not supposed to be.

My real name is Corrie but my DH started calling me chicken whisperer whe nI got my first chicks becasue I was always talking to them and they would peep at me and sit with me lol

Well mine is my last name Lewis and my grandma who helped raise me came from a family of farmers. She taught me how to grow a garden and cook. I have always wanted a farm of my own so hence the farmgurl at the end.

My real name is Mona. Yes, before you ask I was named Mona Lisa after the song not the painting by my grandfather...lol
