How did you cook your first egg?

Yes! 'Toad-in-a-hole'! my kids loved them! and I had my first egg over very easy to enjoy that gorgeous yolk!

I didn't get a chance to cook it. I was so excited when I saw it I picked it out of the nest and hit my head on the coop overhang,dropped the egg and well we all know what happens when we drop eggs....

It's also called "eggs in a nest", if that helps you feel more hungry about the issue
