I have recently been wondering what to do with my first egg so any reccomendations are appreciated. I have debated how to cook it . Boil, fry, scramble, poach there are tons of possibilities but I want to REALLY taste my very first egg

The very first time hubby and I tried farm fresh eggs we cooked each others eggs. One store egg and one farm fresh egg. Just because we wanted to see if we could really tell the difference. Well, there was NO comparison! We both picked the farm fresh one at first taste and we were both right. Oh and BTW, they were FRIED!

YUM! We will NEVER EVER go back to store eggs again!

i have one grown hen laying, a production red, we saved them for a few days..........then had scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy.......for supper!

the first egg we get, we are going to fry with a store bought egg next to it for comparison.

then when i get 6-7 eggs at once i am gonna make eggs benedict.

then after that when we get more eggs will make a quiche.

can you tell i have been thinking about eggs for awhile now.

only 3-4 months to go...
