How do I add people to the buddy list?

i have two people that i would like to add to my buddylist, but i cant figure out how.

Click on their name and scroll until you get to "add to buddy list." Then go to your profile to find your buddy list.

Has anybody added any "buddy notes" yet?

I just added notes to my buddy list and that is COOL!!
