Could be aspergillosis if she is gasping and has some paralysis. It can be fatal very quickly.

Any feed tossed on ground that has turned moldy and they ate it? Eating out of compost bin? Any moldy bedding? These can do it.

Does she open her mouth to breathe (gasp)?

Yes, we have chickens suffering from same symptoms, and they do eat from compost and gutter. We are doing free range farming, they roam here and there we don't have control on what they eat. Many chickens are dying in a day or 2 after paralysis and gasping. How to cure them ?
