How do I clean ruined feet

Please help I have had to make a new post as the other didn’t get any replies
My new pekins have toes that look as though they might fall off and I want to clean them but i don’t know where to start

It looks like she got frostbite or chewed on by a rat or something. Soaking the chicken’s feet in warm water with epsom salt will work.
