How do I dissolve niacin capsules into water?

I bought the same niacin. Two ways to work with what you got. . You can disolve the capsules a day ahead of time. Or you can crush the tiny beads in a bowl for quicker results. I personally don't have time to crush so everyday I put one capsule and warm water in the smallest of Tupperware then the next morning it is ready for use.
