When chick hatches do I have to take the water out from the bottom of the incubator so the chick can dry?

sadly yes the other ones werent growing and it was to late to add more but I am going to buy 1 to give it companyNo. Leave the chick alone, undisturbed, for 24 hours. Is this a single hatching chick?
Thank you, the chick hatched so I will just do as you say I think I am set and readyGood. Don't add or remove water. Just leave the baby alone. Trust me, they dry off... and they won't starve as they can last up to 3-4 days from the remainder of their yolk being absorbed.
