How do I find out about my Golden Feather membership?

I thought all the info on my membership would be in my profile but I can't seem to find anything. I never got a renewal notice on my membership. I also can't seem to get another auction going. Could someone help since I can't even find answers by using the search?

I am searching all my old auctions and have gone through last year but can't seem to find any that are still open. I put up a lot of auctions and always try to be diligent about closing them out. I have been having trouble with the new BYC now for over a year.

Unfortunately we don't have the ability to display or notify on expiring GFMs, but we're working on hopefully adding this functionality.

In the meantime, if any members have questions about how much time is left on their GFM or any other GFM, PPM, or store questions, please send an email to store @ backyardchickens.com (removing the spaces)

Make sure to include your username and as much info as possible!

Hmmmmm, odd. When I was asking about all this last year (or was it the year before?), I was told I would be notified when my GFM was about to run out so I could renew.
Is it because you all changed the formatting here on BYC? That does seem to have caused a lot of problems with things that used to work well.

Correct, the system use to automatically notify people when their memberships expired.

With the move to the new system about 91% of the forum functionality has improved, but we did lose some features, and the automatic notifications on memberships expiring was unfortunately one of them.

We want this functionality back as much as (actually more than) the members, but we haven't been able to get it added yet.

I still can't post another BIN in the auction area and I have gone through every one of my listings. None were left open.
