How do I get an US Pullorum-Typhoid Certificate?

Help, I really want to show some of my chickens. But I need an US Pullorum-Typhoid Certificate for them. I'm not really sure what it is or how to get it. Btw I love in the state of NY.

Easiest way is to become NPIP certified. Then they're good to go for the year until testing the next year.

The other way is to catch a testing clinic. You take your birds that you intend to show there and they test them, but the certification you get from doing it that way doesn't last the whole year. I can't remember how long it lasts right now, something like 90 days I think.

I would contact your state agency above. They can likely point you in the direction of a tester.
