scam for sure, run, not walk as fast as you can. some of the scammers are good at what they do, they will even send you a picture of the bird, dog, cat etc. only thing , its a picture of etc they got off someones ad selling the pet. up here we have a classified called pennswood.net, i go on it all the time, whenever i see a scam i hit the abuse button and pennswood takes it off right then.
you have to be very careful out there, some of the scammers are good.
