Hi. We had to work on the coop/run for 4 days last week. I moved the chickens to their portable "around the yard" tractor each am when workers showed. But my auracana was an afternoon layer and we disrupted her schedule. She's stopped laying. She's only a year old. What to do? She's been back in her coop 4 days & still no eggs!

Hello there and welcome to BYC!

X2 They can stress easily if moved all of a sudden. She should get back to laying soon.

Make yourself at home here and I hope she gets back to laying soon!

Thanks for the support. There was a lovely pale green egg in there today! Glad she's feeling resettled.

She needs to just get back to herself again and try some layer feed that has been soaked in water and maybe a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar put in her water and yes I have had this work for me good stuff ......
