How do i get my chicken to trust me again??

So, I've had these hens for about 2 years now, and I used to spend alot of time with them.
Since the beginning one has always been really friendly with me and trusted me alot, also hopped on my lap. But, long story short I got into a bad funk and spent alot less time with them over the last few months. Today I tried to spend more time with her and she acted like she didn't trust me at all. She's really my pet so it hurt and I feel pretty terrible about not spending enough time with her. How do I get her to trust me again? (BTW, in the future I'll definitly be spending more time with her)

Feed from hand. Maybe talk to her

Spend time near them without focusing on them (so you don't trip predator insticts). Move predictably and slowly. Don't reach for them. Murmer to them.

Treats are good. If every time you go see her you have a little tidbit for her, that will help a lot.

I sat in my run for at least 30 min a day, to gain their trust. I had food and treats with me when I went in there and after about 1 1/2 weeks of doing that I had their trust again.
