How do I get my chickens to nest in the nesting boxes?

There is no such thing as too many nest boxes, everyone has as many as *their* flock needs, no question asked.

As long as the boxes don't eat up all the floor space (like in many prefabs), I agree it doesn't hurt to have extras. While my flock is fine with 3 boxes, 4 or 5 would be better on those mornings when they're all lined up and waiting.
