I have two Dominques, there are 11 eggs on the nest and neither of them will set them. Should I leave them on the nest or put them in the bator?

Put them in the bator. They won't set unless they want to and some breeds never do.

I would put them in the bator, if they are not acting broody now they probably won't any time soon. Good luck!

Yeah, put them in the bator.
you just got to wait for a broody to cross over to the broody side!

Quote:Everything I read online said they are good brooders. That is one of the reasons we wanted them. If I had known then what I know now I would have bought more hens.[IMG]
