How do I get rid of hawk that are killing my duckies?

I've had some trouble with a hawk that has decided on hunting my call and muscovy ducks. It has killed one of my call ducks and want to able to let out my ducks without such strict supervision and give them more time out.I'm trying not kill it. I thought of scaring it off by getting a fake owl.

Any Ideas?

hawks are birds of prey and they are federally protected so if you were to "harass" it that would be illegal. you could try crow decoys or hang some cds on string i believe that hawks don't like the flashing of the shiny cds. i did that because i had a hawk that would roost on the coop roof he never got my birds but i didn't take that risk. good luck.
