How do I keep the ducklings OUT Of their water dish!!

I have ducklings and chicks together, and the ducklings keep messing up the water!!

My babies were separate, but now, everyone lives in the duckhouse. I love my Little Giant automatic waterers - but I am pretty sure the chickens don't use the one I have mounted up by their perch and roost (not installed in this shot) just for them.
