How do I keep the run dry

You see there is a coop at the back that’s the coop!!

Sorry to be slow, but I still don't understand. I do not see anything that looks like a dry coop to me, so I am not sure what it is you are calling the coop. Perhaps you could label the picture to explain?
A coop is a building (a little house) that is dry and includes a roost (which is often a 2x4 piece of wood as shown by @AntiqueB in the picture above) as well as a nest box.

A 2x4 is a piece of wood 2" deep by 4" wide. Sort of like the wood used to make the door of your run, but thicker.

You want me to use that as the roost

You know that is basically bigger than the shed and we have no space for that big. Also I’m adding roosting bars but lower ones in the coop ok?

Um I’m not in a big farm you know.. plus my coop isn’t that bad right...:/
Also I’m in a backyard with houses around me

Yes I get that they are bigger I was showing you examples yes you need to add a bar into your "coop"
