How do I know if the eggs are fertile?

Dose any one know if roo's are less likely to fertlise the eggs in the winter as in summer?

You'll get different opinions on that. I think that's because different chickens are different and we keep them in different conditions and circumstances.

You might look through this thread to see how to look for the bull's eye. If most of the eggs you crack are fertile, most of the ones you don't crack are probably fertile.
