how do I make them hold still?

my eggs roll around everytime I try to turn them...

1. are they alright?
2. how do I candle spotted eggs?
3. Any ideas to make them hold still?

Mine used to roll around now mine are in a deviled egg plate, I am a little scared of the carton hatching right now so i decided to do egg serving dish hatching! They only roll as far as i roll them, and set perfectly in the little holes on their sides. Of course I DO NOT use it for food anymore. Some people use pieces of toilet paper tube.As for candling the spotted eggs, i would try using a very bright flashlight and in a VERY dark room. I do my candling in a extra bathroom with no windows about 12 at night.

They;re very definant...I no longer enjoy their presences...I told them to go...They won't leave...Wahhh...
