I have WHAT in my yard? :

Once when my heart ws broken into a millions pieces, I cried so hard I thought I'd die. A good friend told me to put my hand on my heart and feel it beating. She said even a broken heart still beats and some day it will beat a little faster for some one who deserves it....


The she told me to get down on my hands and knees and scrub my kitchen floor. I asked why and she said just do it and call me back when you're done.

So I did it. I scrubbed and cried into the water.....

I called her back and said, "What did that do? Now I am still sad but I'm tired and my knees hurt."

She said, "It didn't fix your heart, but it tired your body so you can sleep, it reminded you that other body parts are still with you even when they hurt and besides now you've got a clean floor!"

Wise advice indeed......don't know why but if I am really really upset over something I celan out my kitchen cupboards! works for me Banty... then again theres the BBQ......!!!

A very wise woman sadly missed.

Forget shopping it'll only create debt. Go scrub your kitchen floor.​

Chin up, Helen, we're all here for you.

I'm afraid "Craig" has to be one of those bad-karma names... my sister made the mistake of marrying one, and had to divorce him soon after. Get a bottle of that great wine you have down-under, marinate whatever looks good, throw it on the barbie till it's burnt, drink the rest of the wine and have a good cry. Then go clean your house until it sparkles. You'll feel better with bright shiny self-done surroundings and maybe then you can "wash that man right outta your hair" (sorry for the american musical referrence). Here in TX, they say that "he needed killin'" is a valid defence, but I dunno... Go on a long walkabout and get your head back where it belongs, firmly above your shoulders, held high and beautiful.

OK, You guys are awesome sweet people, I spent yesterday with my CD player on playing SEAL, Sarah McLachlan really loud and I think it helped, Today i woke up feeling quite good, I actually feel like cleaning the pigeon loft at last!
Hey PC, dont worry Ive hid the pain rather well from Mikey, it is his birthday so I got some stuff on Ebay which should arrive today!
Im feeling OK!! sort of!
Ive lost weight too, But im feeling 100% better than yesterday and the days before that, I prayed to Mary to help me pick myself up from the floor and she has certainly picked me up.
Ill get back soon, im having my carpets cleaned right now and I cant sit down, ive got furniture everywhere!
Oh well ill have a beautiful clean house to go with my newly cleansed soul!!!
