How do I move 100 chickens from Ca. to Florida

I do not recommend you using a livestock hauler but would look into getting a used RV and like someone said take out everything and put in cages. Then pay someone you trust to drive them to Fl. This way they have air conditioning or heat if needed. Good luck on your travels.

Actually I found a website that moves live stock, I was told by one person that each chicken had to have a health certificate because of avian flue. I have about 115 that I am bringing with me. I can't part with any of them. I was told by the company that would be just the beginning of my problems. He told me to look into flying them. My question is when people take their birds to shows do they travel with their chickens? Do all show birds have to have a health certificate?

I believe that I left one very important detail out. I am looking for a moving company to move my chickens for me. I wasnt planning on moving them myself, unless I totally have too
