How do I post pics on here?

I've tried everything. I opened my libraries, went to pictures, double clicked on a pic of my roo and it didn't show up on the post thing.
I recall someone saying to go to my uploads.... Is that on the page somewhere?

Look at the top of the page where it says index, user list, rules, search. Keep going untill you see uploads. Click it. Browse for your photo and upload. Then highlight and copy the img link. Go to where you want to post the pic and paste it. I always preview my posts before I submit them to make sure the photo show up.
