How do I post pictures and videos on here

I have an apple iPhone 5. Can you please tell me how to post pictures and videos on my posts? It tells me to either enter an image or destination URL. Thanks

What OS version do you have and which browser are you using. You need iOS 6 to upload images directly. We don't support direct video uploads yet.

I am having problems uploading photos as well. I am a bit computer illiterate so I know I have windows 7 and using explorer. Any Ideas?
