how do i show my ducklings affection

my ducklings dont like being carressed on the back or the neck or anywhere.. i mean they dont seem to mind it but i want them to love it so i was wondering if there are certain things i can do to show them i love them? sometimes i lightly hit their beak playfully and i think they like that but is there anything else i can do? btw im not talking about giving them treats x_x

I peep and Quack to them..Use my fingers and play in the bath water with them..I sing Ducks songs too..lol..

I'm a novice, but I've already learned it takes a lot of patience and time! And lots of weird ducky noises from me, talking and rubbing their necks, and generally being a weirdo to anyone who doesn't understand!

My ducks love when I go “ducky ducky ducky” really fast to them. It’s like my mama call now and they start chirping and running towards me. I would sit next to them when I do anything. They are grown now and still follow me around. When little I would put them down and walk a little to encourage them following me. Set a towel in my lap and them on top so they can just hang out. Let them nibble on my fingers... You don’t need to pet them necessarily, more so cuddle- just be close!

X2 to everything that has been said. Just talk to them regularly if nothing else. Call them and if they come feed them treats... That sort of thing.
