how do i treat an awful tick bite? please, need info soon!

1 of my silkies have gotten a tick bite on its face today or last night.
we got rid of the tick but it made my chicken's neck droop a lot.
how to i treat it????
here is a pic.

the blue line shows how much the neck has drooped.
the pink dot. is that wattle mean it is a roo?
the black dot showa where the tick was.

why not just call a vet
as they can tell you what to get and sell it to you
animals get tick bites and never heard of the chicken dieing but it may poison it

also rashes
So I would think that you do definetly have a vet problem
chickens will get sick maybe so do call the vet
