How do I use these incubator

hello every one I bought this mini incubator because I have 1 fertile chicken egg and 3 fertile quail eggs but how do I use this incubator is only shows Celsius

Look online to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit..... also get a small thermometer and put it in there to calibrate, go by the thermometer instead of the one that is displayed on that incubator and adjust temp accordingly.
