How do I view all the threads that have unseen posts??

When I go onto my profile it just has my recent active threads. But I want to see all the thread that have posts that I have not viewed without having to keep clicking "view more".
Any suggestions?

Right next to the thread name there is a little grey conversation box with a green arrow on it. When you clock in that it brings you to the first post that you haven't read in that thread.

Edit to add: You want to be in subscriptions not your profile.
