How do you candle brown eggs?

I've heard that you have to do something different when candling brown eggs. Can anyone tell what to do please?

Ok I will try that..We just set our very first hatch a few days ago and I'd like to see the development of the egg. I'm so excited!! Thank you for the advice!!

I always wait till day 12 to do the darker eggs and remove the duds and clears. I take a few at a time into a dark closet to better see inside them. I then re-candle at day 18 before lock-down.

I am PRETTY SURE on the rest, but none of them have pipped yet so ya gotta just cross your fingers and hope for the best!!
