How do you catch a rabbit?

If you have someone there that could check the trap and take her to a shelter once she was in it, then yes, it would help her survive. The trap is what you need to catch her. If no one is going to be around to catch her, than baiting a large bin with a rabbit sized hole in it may help keep her safe from predators. Having something thats heavier may be better though. Make sure whatever it is has two entrances, rabbits prefer that.

I hope you catch her! Let us know what happens! We found a lost bunny under our porch last April around Easter. We were able to lure him out with carrots and then grab him...but he's a pretty friendly bunny. First I tried to bring him out with chicken feed, but he wasn't interested. Then I found the carrots and that did the trick. Our rabbit is a stereotype, haha. My 4 year-old named him Hershey, and we ended up keeping him.
