You need what a former colleague of mine called a "song eraser". Find a song that you know well so that you can get all the way through it without getting hung up somewhere, like a refrain.

Whenever one of the kids starts griping about a song stuck in there head I just say the magic words "I can help you with that". They run screaming "NOOoooo" because they know what's next. The beauty of it is I don't even have to sing it.
