How do you get the image back from your uploads?

I have uploaded a few times, but do I have to upload the same picture twice because I didn't save the image code!? Or is there a way to access all your uploads that I haven't found out yet. Thanks,

Go back in to uploads and then click on my uploads in the right bottem corner...
