If a push bike is a bicycle, moped, scooter, or motorcycle, yes.

its a bike you ride with peddles lol You know a bike

In Texas there is no bicycle helmet law and for motorcycles it is 20 years old and younger for a helmet. But my daughters wear a helmet on their bike's and we live on a country road
Some things just don't have to be mandated by the government to be good.

All of them regarding children.

I thank the Lord every day for allowing man to invent the carseat.

I was in an accident back in January and it totaled my mothers PT Cruiser. We were sitting still and I wasn't wearing my seatbelt(I had taken it off to reach into the floor to pick up a dropped toy) my mother(who was driving) was and my 2yr old was in the back seat in his carseat. We were stopped due to horses in the road infront of us and we were hit in the rear by a lady exceeding 60MPH. This pushed us(car was in park) 2 car lengths and our car went on its nose then came to rest on top of a small pickup truck.

My mother suffered whiplash, and a cracked collarbone from her shoulder belt. I sustained whiplash, and a good bump on the head from hitting the roof of the car(COULD have been prevented if I had been wearing a seat belt) and my son was unharmed. His side of the car had the worst damage yet he wasn't harmed AT ALL. He would have been dead if he had been in my lap or just sitting loose in the back seat. Even if he had been in a regular seat belt he would have slipped out and possibly went under the seat. I used to hate having to put him into the car seats but now I won't even let him ride to the mailbox without being strapped in. Because you NEVER know what could happen.

The only problems was at the time when my niece was at that age she literally couldn't fit in the booster seats manufactured. SC law is more about weight and age. She was just too tall and we couldn't even lock her into the booster seat.

She had short legs and a very long torso which made her head come over the booster itself. Nobody had an answer because just being in a seatbelt height wise fit but, she was too skinny and would fall out sideways. We had to go illegal with a big stuffed bear sitting beside her in the seatbelt.

This is the same with seatbelts. My mom is 4'10" and waist strap sits in the middle of her stomach and the shoulder strap goes around her neck. She has the airbag disabled because she sits on top of the steering wheel so she can reach everything.

This also brings up my uncle whom is 6'6" tall and the shoulder strap impedes his ability to drive because it crosses over the top of his arm. For years he has been driving with the shoulder strap tucked under his arm.
