How do you identify the sex of a blue sexlink?

I just had a baby hatch - it's a BR/Blue Copper Marans cross. It's an adorable little blue, which I'm pretty sure means it's a blue sexlink correct? Just curious how to feather sex this little baby.. Is it the same as black sexlinks - roo will have white spot, pullet will be solid? I've read a bit on here about blue sexlinks but couldn't find anything that talked about what roos would look like as opposed to pullets!

Thanks!

If the Rooster was Barred the offspring would be all barred (not sex-linked)
If the Hen was Barred then the males should be the ones with a white spot on there head and females will be solid in color with no spot on there head.

Oh no! He's not quite dry yet but I think he has a white spot on his head... I swear all of my blues turn out to be roos! It's very frustrating... Oh well, I might have to add a 2nd roo cuz he's so freaking cute

It looks like from your signature you have a Blue Copper Marans rooster, and Barred Rock hens, which would make them sex linked.

Any barred chicks would be boys. Solids would be girls. You could get blues or blacks out of this cross, and may get some red leakage in the feathers.

I have found that blue doesn't show barring as soon or as well as black based birds. But if there is no hint of a head spot, you probably have girls. If you start to see barring as it grows out, you have boys.
