How do you know?

How do you know when the eggs are hatching under a broody silkie? I purchased 5, 1 roo and 4 hens, 2 of which were already setting on clutches. The people I got them from wasnt sure as to the hatch date. One is somewhere around the 28-29th and the other is somewhere around the 10-11 of Oct. Will the hen start acting strange or something?

okay I can see them roll and she has sorta moved off of a couple of them. Can there be some due sooner than others? I guess thats probably a stupid questions isnt it?
