Every one seems to like their eggs just a little different...so I was wondering- How do you like YOUR eggs cooked?

Me? I like mine fried with a partially cooked yolk, kind of like jelly. [IMG]

Strangely enough, I do not like eggs. I cook them for my husband who loves them any way under the sun. He mostly gets them over medium, boiled or in an omelette.

  3. Over easy;even better if they're cooked in the same pan as the bacon........mmmmmmm.....:drool

Over easy - no uncooked white, no cooked yolk ... fried in bacon grease is the best! love the lacey edges in bacon grease
soft boiled with salt and pepper on toast
    poached
hard boiled - with salt and pepper, or in potato salad, or egg salad, or on a lettuce salad, or as deviled eggs, ... just about any way

    Oh yes, please!
And for me, let's add poached with holandaise sauce, with or without a slice of canadian bacon on half of an english muffin.
Soft scrambled with either parmesan or romano cheese added ( it makes them taste all the richer!)
Fried with steak or lamb chops (egg yolks make the best steak sauce ever!)
Do quail eggs count? raw quail eggs on sushi are terrific.
    Breakfast burritos,
just scrambled eggs with some shredded cheese and your favorite salsa, wrapped in a flour tortilla. Just be sure to fold over the bottom or it squirts out in your hand. Easy and portable.
Almost forgot, the perfect 1 egg omelet, ala Juia Child. With or without filling, lots of butter, never overcooked or tough! 3 or 7 of those are a wonderful supper with sauted mushrooms. [IMG]

Nope, its sleep walking to get what I want and have the will power not to eat it when I'm awake. My will power sucks. Thank you I'm blaming you guys for my egg feast in advance!LOL Really..... I will eat eggs any way they're cooked as long as they are completely cooked. Runny yolk or yolk that isn't completely cooked really grosses me out....dont even get me started about dippin' toast in a sunny-side-up egg....wouldn't do it if you paid me (well...maybe if you paid me a LOT [IMG])
