How do you like your eggs cooked?

I totally agree! It's sooo bad for you, but it's soooo good

I'm not convinced they're bad for me. I eat 3 a day, along with toast. Love it, love it, love it!

I also like quiche, and fritattas with tomatos, onions and bacon! I don't know if it counts, but what about pasta carbonara?

Oh, and I decided eggs are good for you !!! Just ask me, I'll confirm my findings!

My grandmother used to make me a "sicilian egg" She had the tinyest little saucepan, like the ones you melt butter in. She would shave a little garlic very thin, put a little olive oil in the saucepan, chop up some parsely while softening the garlic, simmer it about a minute then break an egg into it. They egg would cook with the three ingredients, she'd put it in a small bowl, and give me a nice crusty piece of italian bread to dip it into.

MOST DELICIOUS THING I EVER WANTED

Thinking about it still makes me warm, and smile.

Miss my Noni! She was the best!

almost every day i have and egg in the middle...
buttered bread (real butter or bacon grease)
hold cut in the middle..slight sprinkling..of a
garlic plus spice..and spicy salt seasoning.
turn once bottom is golden...
I never tire of this is scrumptios

We also like what the kids call egg pizza
Seperate the whites and yolks beat the whites
to the yolks add baking powder pepper and seasoning salt..
lightly fold in yolks with whites..
lightly brown in castiron pan...
then place in the oven...rises like a soufley..
then drizzle over melted butter and spread...
some times i add sharp cheddar to the yolks

I like boilded eggs as well as fried eggs. YUMMY! SO DELICIOUS! However, i hear that if we eat more than 4 eggs per week, it's not good because the cholesterol level is high so i just eat 3 per week. I donnot know wheather it's true

I cook my eggs many different ways. Love them all! My top favorites are Egg-in-a-nest (there are lots of names for this!), eggs benedict, my mom's deviled eggs, any kind of egg sandwich and hard-boiled with plenty of salt.

My absolute favorite, however, is the way my Grandpa Taylor used to make them: scrambled with ketchup on top. So delicious with toast! I always get weird looks when I eat this and my husband thinks I am nuts.
