How do you make cottage cheese taste good?

Well, now you did it! I had to dish up some cottage cheese. Just plain this time!

Chris I hae to tell you that there is no help for the taste of fat free dairy products, except milk (Ovaltine). Fat free diary products should be outlawed. Low fat cottage cheese is only 2% and that is not alot, but a major change in taste - and help it out with salt

Little Salt & Pepper, Love cottage cheese on top of a homegrown tomato slice. Yummy!!!!

I like italian dressing and diced up tomatos and bell peppers on mine, or just italian dressing if I am totally lazy. Bernstein's Restaurant Recipe Italian is what i totally recomend.

It's probably not healthy... depending on where you get it.

I'm not crazy about it either. I tried adding a table spoon of apple butter... OMG it was delish! like Apple flavor cheese cake.

I like craked pepper and olive oil triscuts with cottage cheese. I never liked it with anything sweet, but that's just me. Good luck with the lifestyle change.
