Hey JJ, I know each state is different but since the TN Reds is a designer Bob would you still need a license? Are Whites considered designer to?

I was just texting back and forth with Sunny and my quail guy, he was saying I wouldn't need a permit for the Whites. So who knows NJ is always wierd with their rules.

I know what you're saying. I was talking to him about some other stuff and I figured I ask. I did read the regulations but of course i live in NJ and Jersey regulations are always a pain in the but so I was going to call them anyway.
