How do you post a picture on a post

I have super cute pictures of my girls but i dont know how to post them!!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!

Go to the very top section of the index and check out the Frequently Asked Questions. There is a very good section on posting. Also, due to recent spamming, brand new members can't post pictures, but I don't know what the cut off is for that.
