How do you post pics on the forum??

Can somebody please tell me how to post pics in the forum. I have already put them in my upload folder, but cant move them over here. I want to show pics of my meaties and dont know how to post the pics.. Please please help the computer inept..

you click the Img button in the "post a reply" area

you will see [/img[B]O[/B]] (minus the big [B]O[/B]). this is the image option

you then put in the link to the picture (example: [URL]http://www.whiskeycafe.com/Events/Country_Nites/chicken_dancing_chicken_dance_hg_clr.gif[/URL] )

in between the ] and the [ in the image option

then submit

[IMG]http://www.whiskeycafe.com/Events/Country_Nites/chicken_dancing_chicken_dance_hg_clr.gif
