The correct spelling is Ameraucana. Not Americana. Not Americauna. Not Ameracauna. And definitely not Araucana!

Pronunciation? Like "America." Now say it "AmeRAWca." Now add the "na" sound to the end: "AmerawCAHna" and you've got the pronunciation of Ameraucana.

Much easier to say Easter Egger!
