To be entirely honest, it doesn't really matter to me. It depends on how the other people in your family pronounced it when you were little, what your accent is, etc..
It's like potatoes -- poh-tay-toes, poh-tah-toes, whatever; as I've said before, you can still boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew, regardless of pronunciation.
And while we're on the subject of pronunciations -- @Kiki, have you figured out how to pronounce "Frau Pfefferkuchenhaus," yet?
