How do you store fertile eggs prior to using an incubator?

Also how long will My 1 year newly laying female and male same age lay fertile eggs, Should I just wait till it warms who knows she may even go broody?

Regarding storage of eggs at proper temps: How about a large cooler with one of those frozen block things, wrapped in a towel and not touching any eggs, changed daily? Thermometer inside too, checked regularly.

I have a question. How can momma duck save the eggs in her neat until she is ready to sit on them at all different temperatures. The momma don't keep the eggs 50 to 60 degrees u til she gets ready to sit on them. They have major temp fluctuations during spring when they are more likely to sit. How can the momma do this but when we collect them they have to be stored at certain temps and humidity levels. The momma don't worry at all till sitting time.
