How do you take a computer key off without breaking it?

The spacebar on my laptop feels like there is something underneath it preventing it from going down easily. Inordertomakesuremy sentencesdon't looklikethisIhavetoreallypressdownhardonthe keytogetittomove.

It is getting really annoying having to stop to mash down the space bar between every word. I don't want to break it, just look and try to clean out whatever particle that made its way under there.

Any advice??

I hate crumbs! You can try shaking the pc upside down. You can pop the key off , I put my fingernails under it and pop it off. Never had a problem.

Fixed it! whew...

Well it looks like a small apple seed. Which has me stumped because I haven't eaten an apple (or any other fruit) at my computer in ages.
